You select the poem option, provide the facts and confirm the tone, and I will create your bespoke rhyme and send you over a version for review within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once approved, you will receive your final version in your chosen format (framed / unframed / digital). If you need to receive the poem for review before 24 hours, just let me know and we can discuss options!
The same process applies for speeches, vows, readings, eulogies, and place settings; however, the timeframe for review will depend on your requirements.

Due to the completely personalised nature of the poems, refunds are not offered on any of my products. Of course, in the unlikely event that you may receive a framed poem that is damaged, please just let me know and I will resend.
The average time from order to delivery is 6 days. Again, this will depend on whether you require amendments.
Once I have created your poem, your notes will be destroyed. No poems will be shared as examples for marketing purposes without your permission.
